Penfield Country Club is located at 1784 Jackson Road Penfield NY 14526.

From the eastside of Rochester- at the intersections of Route 441 and Route 250 continue north on 250 and make a left hand turn on to Atlantic Avenue. After passing the Penfield Town Hall on the right make a left turn on to Jackson Road. The Club is on the left.

From all other areas take 590 North and exit at Browncroft Boulevard (Route 286). Head east approximately 5 miles and make a right turn on to Jackson Road (HINT: when you pass Baird Road the next right turn is Jackson Road). The Club is about a half mile down, you will see a green and gold sign on the left.
