Hole 10

Not a long par 5 by today's standards. Split the fairway on this sharp dogleg right and accept a true three shooter, but the robust attacker can create an exciting adventure for birdie if they risk the long ball over the trees on the corner. The second shot is uphill into a blind green and player's must negotiate the left bunker and clear the ridge in the landing area for an open pitch to the green. The green has a steep left to right slope and a big bunker guarding the entire left side. The smart play is right--below the hole, but care is needed to avoid a crafty bunker hugging the right edge.
